My dishwasher broke. Arsen came to the house, very pleasant took his time to diagnose. He cleaned the drain and thought that was the problem. I paid them $220. The problem persisted, he came back and it was the control board. We both agreed that it wasn’t worth replacing it. He refunded my money minus the $80 service call. Very reliable, honest. I would use them again.
